No, we keep all orders separate to avoid cross contamination and mix ups.
Yes, we will, and we will oblige to the best of our ability. For any items in your order that must follow special instructions, please bag and label these separately and let us know in the special instructions section of your order which bag contains the items that require special treatment.

No, most customers are not home during their pickup or delivery! You can leave your laundry in a secure location such as outside your front or back door. You can leave instructions for the driver if needed.
Yes! Hang-dry/air-dry items are $1 each. After laundering with the rest of your items, items will be hung to dry. Air-dry items are NOT pressed after drying, so they may be returned with wrinkles.
